A beautiful blend of breath and movement. This class seeks a moving meditative state and offers a balance of challenge and opportunity to find rest and ease. We’ll move fluidly between each posture, moving with the breath and sinking deeply into embodied flow. We seek to build strength both inside and out, body and mind. Grounding ourselves into the present through conscious breath and movement. Dynamic vinyasa aims to empower both your physical state and mental wellbeing. We hope to guide you towards leaving your mat with a deep sense of peace and grounding.

 

All levels are welcome, but as always we encourage you to honour how your body is showing up and chose a class accordingly!
